What is a virtual assistant?

A virtual assistant is a remote worker that small businesses can hire to carry out administrative and secretarial tasks.

How do I get started?

It all starts by simply having a conversation. I will gain an understanding of what tasks are taking up most of your time (or being neglected) and what your goals are. Together we will discuss and design flexible, scalable solutions to help you achieve those goals. 

I will monitor our successes and challenges regularly, giving us the opportunity to adapt, add, or remove services as required or as your business needs change.

What about confidentiality, compliance, and security?

I am fully GDPR certified and compliant with full cyber-security in place.

Confidentiality and discretion are at the very centre of everything I do.

Do I need to supply equipment?

No, you do not need to supply equipment or any office space as I operate fully remotely using my own equipment and software. If you have any specific equipment or software requirements, we can discuss this to agree on a solution.
